Bad workmanship has cost our company dearly

It is just human nature that we tend to spread awful news faster than good news. I wish that wasn’t the case but unfortunately it is. Just assume about the night news. How often do you get a assume good feeling after enjoying it for even half an fifth. In multiple cases you end up feeling hopeless plus wondering what has become of society. This overall vibe has legitimately rang true lately with my company. Both of us made the mistake of hiring a repair lady that turned out to be a disaster. She was rude to clients, did shoddy work, plus even failed to show up for some of the appointments; When you are in the repair industry this spells trouble for the company’s reputation on a whole, and both of us are a single of multiple Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair locales in village plus this mistake has cost us some of our valued clients… They heard through word of mouth that this girl was laboring for us plus even called to cancel appointments that were on the books. I only hope that they don’t sign on with the competitors while in that time. Both of us legitimately can’t afford to lose our baseline clients plus we may even have to come up with a promotion plus offer them some good incentives to stick with us. Either way this is going to hurt our bottom line for the year plus I hope we can reclaim next year.
