Terrible workmanship has cost our company a bunch

It is just human nature that every one of us tend to spread awful news faster than wonderful news. I wish that wasn’t the case but unluckyly it is. Just guess about the evening news. How often do you get a believe wonderful feeling after watching it for even half an hour. In many cases you end up feeling hopeless plus wondering what has become of society. This overall vibe has absolutely rang true lately with my company. We made the mistake of hiring a maintenance person that turned out to be a disaster. He was rude to clients, did shoddy work, plus even failed to show up for some of the appointments… When you are in the repair industry this spells trouble for the company’s reputation on a whole. We are 1 of more than two Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance places in village plus this mistake has cost us some of our valued clients. They heard through word of mouth that this guy was working for us plus even called to cancel appointments that were on the books. We have tried doing destruction control by notifying our clients that every one of us no longer emrue him but it will take a bit to regain the confidence that they had in us. I only hope that they don’t sign on with the competitors while in that time. We absolutely can’t afford to lose our baseline clients plus every one of us may even have to come up with a promotion plus offer them some fantastic incentives to stick with us. Either way this is going to hurt our bottom line for the year plus I hope every one of us can reclaim next year.
