The two of us need a gas furnace in the garage

My husband was outside putting his car to bed last night.

He came in & sited his chilly hands on our neck.

I didn’t certainly mind the chilly on our neck because it was start to ache from working on the computer for the last many minutes. I asked him where he had been that he was so cold. He said he was in the garage making room for his new car. He finally had everything cleaned up so the car would fit without anything being within many feet of it. He stood looking out the window & smiling as he looked at the light in the window of the garage. He said he wanted to make sure to check on the car before he went to bed. I couldn’t think how deranged he was being about this car. Five minutes later he headed back outside to tuck the car & he was breathless when he returned. He was muttering about the chilly & how he needed to get some heat in the garage. He had mentioned putting a wood burning gas furnace in the garage a couple of times. With a gas furnace he would be able to toil in the garage all year round & I certainly thought it was a great idea. When he said he had to get a gas furnace so that he could keep his baby warm, I about flipped. I couldn’t think he was muttering about a gas furnace to keep his car warm. When I turned around, he was all smiles. He said he knew that saying the gas furnace was for his car would get me to turn around & pay attention to him. I threw the dish towel in his face.
