I can’t believe how warm the temperature is at our parents’ residence.
When I was a kid, our parents would never have turned up the heating machine to that level.
In order for you to understand why this stuns me so much, you have to understand how our parents used to be when I was a little kid. I grew up in an entirely poor family. When you are poor, one of the main causes of a costly electric bill is your HVAC machine! That is why our parents never owned an air conditioner machine in our house. Sure, the residence was hot during the summertime, however air conditioners cost a lot of cash to use, plus our parents didn’t have a lot of cash to waste on running an air conditioner machine when there was no threat that the people I was with and I would die without that HVAC machine. However, our parents knew that they couldn’t just turn off the heating machine during the Wintertime, and your family plus your residence could be damaged without a heating machine. They knew that the heating machine had to stay on. However, our heating machine was always running only enough to keep the residence above freezing plus maybe a little more. All of us could only be comfortable in our residence with pants plus a heavy sweatshirt on even while the oil furnace was operating. However, since I have grown up, our parents have increased their income, plus now, they keep the oil furnace on a terribly high level! When I go to our parents’ residence, I assume I’m going to sweat. I guess that they are gleeful about their newfound freedom, however their heating machine is taking a toll on almost everyone.
