For awhile, I was down on my luck. I got into a car accident, then I ended up fighting with my girlfriend, as well as my childhood dog died. While I was walking on the sidewalk, I came across a really old coin, dated back to 1871. I was astonished at my luck of finding such a rare coin, and knew I could get a fortune out of it. Later in the day, I started getting painful memories, so I decided to study the coin. The coin was a rusty color, and had many marks on it. It probably had seen a lot, if coins could see. I decided against selling it, and deemed it my lucky coin. I had just installed a brand new air conditioner yesterday, which was running perfectly. I got a great price for such a nice luxurious AC and was pretty proud of it. Although I made the mistake of accidentally flipping the coil, and it fell into the a/c vents. I panicked momentarily, but I knew I could get it out if it was taken apart. I called the same HVAC technician to come and take apart the air conditioning unit. He arrived and gave me the stink eye the entire time, he wasn’t very happy about taking it apart after just installing it, that’s for sure. While I felt bad for his situation, I desperately wanted that coin back. I pointed out the coin and he threw his hands up in the air “That’s what you wanted so badly?!” he practically threw the coin to me, before putting the cooling device back together and stomping off.
