I can’t find a way to stay warm while working in my garage

I’m honestly glad that Winter is short lived around here, because back where I came from, the Winter season actually lasts for as long as six or eight months on average. During that time, you literally could not do anything. If you intended to go outside for any reason, you would actually reconsider that plan the moment that you woke up plus saw the feet of snow outside your window… Every single day felt as if I was surviving under those extreme air temperature circumstances. It was not a fun venue in which to live; but these days, I’m severely grateful to live in the south where the people I live with and I have a much shorter Winter season plus much warmer outdoor air temperatures throughout the duration… However, I still find myself shaking my fist at the would be temperature gods plus wishing that it was Springtimetime already. I’ve been biting at the bit to accomplish some of the projects for my house. However, it’s been too brutally cold outside to accomplish these goals. Just a few weeks ago I found some awesome chairs that I wanted to restain, so I dragged them down to the frigid garage. I brought a big radiant space heater down with me, thinking that it would help with the unpleasant cold air rapidly decreasing in temperature by the hour. As soon as I got all of my supplies together, the outdoor temperature took a sharp decline towards freezing. It has been nearly as frigid every day ever since, plus even my radiant space heaters don’t help enough with the indoor air temperature down there to keep my fingers from going numb. I hope Winter ends soon, or I find a more powerful heating solution for the cold and frigid garage.
