Making friends with the Heating and A/C repairman

It seems like a formal apology letter did the trick, as I have finally gotten an agreement with them to send out another Heating and A/C service tech to help myself and others out

After an ordeal that I went through last year during the summer time where I was stuck in a home without any air conditioner for a week, I have done some things to make sure that never happens again. There is no code or rulebook you are given when it comes to how to maintain your relationship with your Heating and A/C repairman, but due to our seriously short temper, when our AC equipment broke down on myself and others last summer time I did not think how to handle it, so I ended up taking it out partially on our Heating and A/C repairman. This ended up not going over particularly well. In fact it ended up going so terrible that she ended up packing up and leaving our home without getting the equipment up and running. I can’t particularly blame him if I am being honest with you, if I was in her shoes I would have left while also saying a few option words that entirely wouldn’t be appropriate for work, then unfortunately for myself and others in our small town there weren’t any other Heating and A/C companies to reach out to, so since that confrontation occurred I have been trying to win back the favor of this company. It seems like a formal apology letter did the trick, as I have finally gotten an agreement with them to send out another Heating and A/C service tech to help myself and others out. I am already planning on making some cookies and having a fresh drink ready for this lady while they are working on the unit, whatever it takes for them to get our damn AC equipment up and running.
