The other day I ran into quite a conundrum at work when our boss asked me for a ride home! Honestly, I wanted to make a fantastic impression and help him out however I knew that there was no way I can let him in our vehicle; It’s too embarrassing and really quite unsafe to let him into our automobile right now… You see, I’m in a bit of a financial cucumber these days. I definitely do not have extra money in our bank account to the spending on any giant expenses or repairs, and unfortunately, our automobile did not get the notice when our bank account dips into this dangerous territory… As the outdoor air temperature decreased, our automobile heating system decided it needed a break; One afternoon I started driving towards work and realize that there was entirely no heat coming through the air vents. No matter what I did, the control device controls did not seem to make an impact on the indoor air temperature within our vehicle. It was obvious that our heating system was not toiling and I did not have the money necessary to perform the fancy repair service. I tried to get by for a few weeks separate from any kind of heat inside our automobile but realized it was too uncomfortable; That’s when I dug out the tiny battery powered space heating system that the two of us used for camping. I brought the tiny furnace into our automobile and hung it up from 1 of the clothing hangers. Now, at least I had some operable heat on the coldest mornings and mornings. I was pretty proud of our resourcefulness and cheap problem solving. That being said, I wasn’t prepared for our boss to see our illegal heating setup in the car.
