Ever since I bought my home, I have been using the same HVAC company for my home.
- I couldn’t tell you the name of any single HVAC tech who came to my house.
They all just came into the house, did their job, and then they left after giving me the bill. The other day, we had to have the HVAC system serviced. They sent a young man out to the house, who didn’t look old enough to be an HVAC tech. I was questioning him and he admitted that he had just received his HVAC certification and he also said that he was the son of the HVAC company owner. I didn’t care who he belonged to, because he was the most thorough HVAC tech that had ever been to my house. He was continually asking questions when he was at the house and he talked to me. I found out that his name was Kelly and he was telling me about his family. I started telling him about some of the small things I noticed with the air conditioning unit. He took a couple of extra minutes to check out the air conditioner. I wouldn’t have even thought to tell him if he hadn’t asked me questions. I was glad to know that he had definitely found a problem and he was able to fix it. I was going to be able to use my air conditioning without any problems. When Kelly left my house, I called the HVAC company to compliment him. I can only hope that they send him to my house, every time I need work done on my HVAC system.
