My wife plus I bought a beach house in this town almost 30 years ago, then back then, every one of us had a homeowners association plus a lot of rules to follow.
About several years ago, they dissolved the homeowners association plus everything is volunteer now, and there is not as much participation, but I guess the community still has a lot of nice events, then last week, every one of us had a community garage sale plus 75% of people attended the event or sold goods, then everyone on our street joined in on the fun, but my wife plus I walked around the town plus talked to friends, i guess it was a great way to get everyone involved.
I picked up an older wall unit from 1 of our neighbors, he was selling the unit for $72. I offered the guy 50 bucks, plus he agreed to the price. He jammed in the unit to a wall outlet, so I could see that it was working. He let the unit run for 10 hours, plus the air was icy cold. I put the air conditioning in the back of our automobile plus took it home. I was entirely delighted with the purchase. I decided to put the air conditioning in the garage. My spouse plus I have a pool table in the garage. Every one of us care about to spend time in there at night. Every one of us shoot pool plus have a glass of wine plus listen to tunes. The hot summer time months are going to be here soon, plus the unit is going to be a great addition.
