My husband and I have three children, so to take a two week vacation is quite pricey. We decided to take one this past summer because it had been a few years since we had a nice vacation. We had been saving up for a couple years, so we did not have to worry about finances which was really nice. We got to the resort that we were staying at, and it was even more beautiful than the pictures had made it look. We were taken back by the beauty that surrounded us. It was by far the most beautiful place that we have ever been to. Everything was great until the second day. We noticed that our room was a bit warm. I turned the air conditioning down to sixty-five degrees instead of seventy. I thought that it was warm in the room just because it was warmer outside than it had been the previous day. Unfortunately, that was not why it was so warm in our room. It turns out, our air conditioner was not working. It got warmer and warmer in our room until we realized that the air conditioner was just blowing out air that was the same temperature as the air in our room. We called the front desk, and they had someone come up and look at it. They could not fix it, and there were no rooms available for us to move to. We were stuck without air conditioning for almost three days. We did not want to leave because it was so beautiful. They resort ended up refunding our money for the entire stay, so we paid nothing to stay there. It ended up being a nice vacation minus being a bit warm during the night.
