I have to admit that I love that first telling cold breeze in late Fall.
I suppose this means that Winter is on its way. The stink of the first fireplaces being lit along with the leaves falling just reinforces that feeling. It’s true, I love winter. When these tell tale signs present themselves, this is also the time that I start thinking about the Heating, Ventilation & A/C. I have the Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech come out to perform the seasonal service on our Heating, Ventilation & A/C oil furnace. She also goes over the rest of the system to inspect for possible complications. Winters are strenuous up here. If you are not prepared, it makes it strenuous to prefer and you find yourself in a strenuous spot. The focal point is, of course, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C heating method. Most of us have a current oil furnace that is both efficient and powerful. However, this vital piece of device operates nearly non stop for 6 weeks at a time. It needs common attention to be sure that it is in great shape and can be relied upon to warm my family through the winter. Yet, there is still a need to supply attention to the other side of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. The cooling system may be off but, it still needs attention. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C condenser and compressor rest outside the house. They have to braver the winter. So, I have a strenuous plastic shell which fits over the entire cottageet. This keeps the weight of the snow and ice of it. Plus, it protects the Heating, Ventilation & A/C device from falling ice. Just a little attention while I was in the Winter will ensure the other half of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C makes it through the Winter too.
