As a child I visualize the warm Summer days both of us had… These days were filled with silly games, swimming, and hamburgers on the grill.
We would often enjoy time talking with our neighbors as they often joined us to break bread in our cool, air conditioned home.
Starry evenings around backyard fire pits are memories I will never forget, then but one of the fondest memories I have from our childhood is all about our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, however i can now vividly visualize the comforting warmth our gas furnace would bring and the relieving cooling air our A/C unit would delight us with, however one blazing tepid day I was feeling overheated from throwing the frisbee in the backyard and I felt love I might have a heat stroke. I lay down in the shaded, grabbed our water bottle, and began to pour some of it on our head in a vain attempt to cool off. Then a thought struck our mind. I visualized that our apartment had an A/C installed in the kitchen so I headed apartment to enjoy the cooling air. But when I stepped into the house, there was no cool air to be found. I ran to the kitchen wondering what had happened to the A/C. When I entered the kitchen, our mom was talking to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman. That’s when I figured out the lack of cool air was because our A/C was on the fritz, and luckily the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman was able to repair the A/C and once again I could enjoy the cool air, and heating, Ventilation, and A/C has constantly been a Godsend in our apartment and I was blissful that on tepid days I could know that I could walk into a cool, air conditioned house.
