I am planning to buy a new home, but with what I am looking for, there is a slight catch to it all.
I am looking for a house or condo that comes with a central heating and a/c already in it that is pretty current and new, a heating and a/c that will not need a lot of work on it in the near future, something that has been kept up pretty well by the previous owners.
Many people who sell their homes end up taking their central heating and a/c component with them. This makes it quite a job to find the set up I am looking for. However there are some people who really do leave the central heating and a/c behind and make it part of the price of the house or condo they are selling. This is what I am looking for. The reason for this is because shopping for a brand new central heating and a/c component is a major headache first of all. Second of all, if you can find a house or condo to buy that already has a central heating and a/c that works well, you will be saving a ton of money! It will be coming with the condo and only up the price of the market value by several hundred dollars, however buying a brand new central heating and a/c from a heating and cooling dealership will run you thousands. So, you do the math and you’ll see my reasoning!
