I am looking to buy a new home, and with what I am looking for there is a slight catch to it all.
I am really looking for a home that comes with a central heating and a/c unit already in it that is pretty up-to-date and new, a heating and a/c unit that will not need a lot of work on it any time in the near future, but something that has been kept up pretty well by the previous owners.
Unfortunately, many people who sell their homes end up taking their central heating and a/c unit with them, and this makes it quite a difficult job to find the set up I am looking for. However there are some people who do leave the central heating and a/c unit behind and just make it part of the price of the home they are selling. This is what I am looking for. The reason for this is because shopping for a brand new plus totally up-to-date central heating and a/c unit is a major hassle first off. Second off, if you can find a home to buy that already has a central heating and a/c unit that works well, you will be saving a ton of money! It will be coming with the home and only up the price of the market value by less than five hundred dollars, however while buying a new central heating plus a/c unit from an HVAC dealership will run you thousands. So, you do the calculations and you’ll see my reasoning!
