My parents have recently moved into our house.
It was the right thing to happen. They are both getting a lot older plus it is difficult for them to take care of themselves. At the same time they lived far away, so it was difficult for any of us to go to them if they needed anything. They were ready to move also, as their lake house was outdated plus it was starting to need a lot of work. It was just smart from many points of view to sell that house. I have a lot of spare room in our house, so it was a natural thing for them to move in with me. It will be good for the teenagers to spend time with them too. I think that one thing I will need to do is update the Heating plus A/C proposal now that they are moving in though. They are going to need a better heating proposal in the winter. They are going to need a better cooling proposal in the Summer too I am sure. I am going to make sure I have the best oil furnace plus a/c proposal for them, that is for sure! I might even look into duct cleaning while I am at it. All of us who live here would enjoy having better air quality I am sure. I do not suppose I have to go as far as getting a HEPA filter, however for sure I am going to make sure all the a/c filters are brand new for when they come, plus that I keep them respectfully changed.
