My parents have recently moved into our house. It was the right thing to happen. They are both getting a lot older and it is hard for them to take care of themselves. At the same time they lived far away, so it was hard for any of us to go to them if they needed anything. They were ready to transport also, as their home was seasoned and it was starting to need a lot of work. It was just smart from many points of view to sell that house. I have a lot of spare room in our house, so it was a natural thing for them to transport in with me. It will be fantastic for the kids to spend time with them too. I guess that 1 thing I will need to do is update the Heating & Air Conditioning program now that they are moving in though. They are going to need a better heating program in the winter. They are going to need a better cooling program in the Summer too I am sure. I am going to make sure I have the best oil furnace and cooling system program for them, that is for sure! I might even look into duct cleaning while I am at it. All of us who live here would enjoy having better air quality I am sure. I do not believe I have to go as far as getting a HEPA filter, however for sure I am going to make sure all the cooling system filters are brand modern for when they come, and that I keep them properly changed.
