It is May & I am chilly! In the south they are getting temperatures in the 77s… My brother lives down south & loves to send myself and others pictures of him getting a tan.
It is just plain cruel to tell myself and others that.
I turned on my oil furnace right in the beginning of fall & have not turned it off since! The weather has just stayed chilly cold, but about once every 2 weeks there is a day that is slightly nice. The weather gets to around sixty degrees, but off goes the oil furnace & I open the windows. The next day I have to hastily shut the windows & crank back on the oil furnace since it is 40 degrees, however not only does this get myself and others sick, but it is exhausting for the heater. The heating system going on & off all the time is not great for it. It is better to let a oil furnace just consistently run. I wonder if that counts if the oil furnace has been running for 7 weeks straight? It is Springtimetime & that means the oil furnace should be cleaned. I want to call a heating company for a oil furnace tune up. I want the oil furnace to get professionally wiped, oiled & tightened. The plan is to have it all cleaned & fixed up so it can kneel for a season. Then when the chilly comes I don’t have to worry about getting a heating repair appointment. The oil furnace will have already been checked. At this point, I think my oil furnace will be running for a full year. I am just never going to get great weather.
