I pay for quarterly inspections for my furnace, & whenever the Heating & A/C specialist finds any problem, I pay the Heating & A/C specialist to repair the complication instantly. I also have a backup heating plan in case my furnace stops working. I found out that having a wood stove & a lot of wood is unbelievable in case your furnace stops working. It might take the Heating & A/C specialist a few mornings to repair your furnace, however you might not have a few mornings if you have no backup oil furnace. If you ever transfer up to where I am, you will want to ensure that you take superb care of your oil furnace.
