We’re getting a new Heating plus A/C chiller plan at our processing facility

My family’s pear distribution center is steadily growing in capacity.

Although there are no definite changes planned yet, they’re all mulling over their possibilities for expanding the facility.

I could have never anticipated this sort of growth when I was a child; Business was consistently good, but the people I was with and I had not expanded our facilities in decades. My father was still using the building that my Grandpa bought for the business when my dad was a child. But after multiple decades of solid service, we’ve come to the conclusion that our lack of space is going to disadvantagely impact our production numbers. We need new sorting machines plus new packing machines, but as of now there’s no room for either. Thankfully, my family has their choices tighted down to multiple possibilities. Each building has its own advantages plus drawbacks, but they are all roughly the same size. One of them has an outdated chiller plan already installed, but it looks like it might be outdated enough to warrant a updatement. If we’re going to be forced to invest in an Heating plus A/C chiller for our new processing facility regardless of what building the people I was with and I choose, then I realized it shouldn’t be a factor that informs our choice. Eventually, I think we’re going to choose the second building of the bunch. It offers an amazing loading zone area in the back putting shipments onto trucks so they can be shipped out to our clients. The facility should be substantial enough to handle our business growth, but not too substantial where we’d waste money on energy expenses keeping the facility cool plus dry.
