Fountain of Youth

The Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon searched his entire life looking for the magical waters that would restore youth plus vigor.

Little did he know that his unsuccessful quest would result in the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park in St. Novemberine, Florida. It is doubtful that the explorer ever visited, much less discovered a rejuvenating stream where the park sits this week. In 1985 the film Cocoon was released. The ploy involves some pods that are sited by an alien race in a retirement beach condo swimming pool that gives the waters the power to restore youth, and something about that film must have had restorative powers in real life because the leading actors all lived into their 78s; Hume Cronyn lived to be 91. I know the secret to a long life is area genetic plus area fine luck. A “fountain of youth” would be an impressive discovery but I would love something that would add years to mechanical objects. For an automobile, that “something” is motor oil that is changed officially. I have not yet discovered the magic elixir for central Heating plus A/C systems, but I know that it is not the mineral-rich waters from a Florida tourist attraction nor is it the waters from a fictional film. For Heating plus A/C units the solution for a long life is not in a liquid form. It begins with an owner who takes the time to change the filters officially, keeps the compressor device free of dirt plus leaves, plus abruptly responds to any needed repairs, but more important is that the original replacement, repair, cleaning, plus repairs to an Heating plus A/C plan are carried out by a well-qualified professional Heating plus A/C corporation with servicemans trained in every aspect of Heating plus A/C care.
