Coming back from school to go to a wake, I had some car issues. I couldn’t miss our Grandpas funeral for the world. So I decided to make the 8hr drive and would return to school after the funeral to take these important tests I was supposed to do. It was the middle of Winter, so I had the defrost on while I was driving, and this was preventing the windows from frosting because of the severe freezing cold outside, but however, about 5 hours from home, I was noticing that the car heater was causing the windows to fog up badly. I thought that maybe the heating system wasn’t on defrost, however to my surprise, it was. I couldn’t find any way to solve it. I called my pop then asked him what could be wrong with the heater. He mentioned that the heater was honestly blowing antifreeze through our air vents, something was apparently wrong. Pop told me to shut off the heating in addition to roll down the windows. Those last hours were very cold. I listened to him, in addition to when I finally made it back, pop tried to fix it for myself after the funeral. My pop had to bypass a few hoses, in addition to pop fixed the problem. I had to bring blankets in addition to bundle to make up for the freezing weather. Thankfully, I came back a month after finals in addition to pop got the heating system working again, then my pop is so awesome with stuff like that.
