Honestly, I really need a break from the HVAC company, but it is so hard to get a break from the HVAC company.
I really miss the easier times when I was just an HVAC technician.
Working as an HVAC technician wasn’t that difficult. Sure, repairing and installing HVAC units is not a simple task, but it is definitely easier than trying to run an HVAC company. While I was just an HVAC technician, I had a vacation every year, and I had defined hours that made it easy to distinguish between my personal life and my work life at the HVAC company. However, I decided to start my own HVAC company, and it changed my life drastically. Right now, I am still in the first few years of running my own HVAC company, and things have never been busier. It is difficult to start an HVAC company. You have to invest so much money, and you have to grow before you can really see things start to take off. Furthermore, even though I am the owner of the HVAC company, I still do a lot of the actual repairs and installations since I cannot afford to hire many HVAC technicians. I have been working seven days a week for a few years, and I am really hoping that things calm down eventually. Still, I really feel like I need a break. Working this much to own an HVAC company has taken a toll on every aspect of my life, and I wish that I could just get away for a few days with my family. However, until things start to take off with the HVAC company, I cannot afford the time or the money to go anywhere. It is a very difficult time for me.
