Ductless heating and cooling is just the best alternative

Being a real creature of habit, a big change can come as a real problem for me. I like things to be manageable and have a fairly rich amount of structure. However, there is also a lot to be said for change as it definitely will make you grow and face things outside the comfort zone. I just don’t like it’s my HVAC comfort zone that is being affected. This is what happened not too long ago. Our life changed recently in a big way. We sold our house of nearly 25 years. With some kitchen and HVAC upgrades, it didn’t take very long to get the amount of money we wanted from it. The idea was to build a smaller home. However, things moved with such speed that we decided to purchase a smaller home instead and redo it with our design. This was a big undertaking that faced some real tests from the outset. Having found a place that was a good deal and would fit what we had in mind renovation wise, we pulled the trigger. Almost as soon as we moved in, the HVAC stopped working. We knew that this would be part of the renovation. However, we were hoping to get most of the other stuff done prior to addressing that situation. So, we called the HVAC contractor to help us figure out just what to do. The answer was so simple and so effective. We chose to go with ductless HVAC. The efficiency, ease of installation and price made that choice very easy. And the results have been far more impressive than I could have imagined.
