The craziest thing happened a few weeks ago at our 10 year high school reunion.
First of all, it was truly fun and that was a surprise all its own, however but the bombshell was when our outdated high school principal pulled myself and others aside and asked if I would come back and speak to some of the students.
You have to understand that I was a troubled kid in high school, and barely made it out of there with our diploma. The fact he wanted myself and others to come back to inspire other students was bewildering and flattering. I run our own Heating and A/C repair dealer, and the people I was with and I have been lucky enough to find success over the last numerous years. Every one of us are opening a branch location in another town, no less, because the Heating and A/C supplier is on a hot streak! Anyway, he wanted myself and others to speak to youngsters who are savor what I used to be, and encourage them to find a trade savor Heating and A/C. It didn’t have to be Heating and A/C, of course, he just wanted the youngsters who weren’t going to college to think they still had a lot of options. Back then the people I was with and I never even considered going away to school, I just was lucky enough to get on a labor crew installing a bunch of cooling system systems in an beach house complex, and the rest is history. By following the trade of Heating and A/C labor I was able to make money, find success, all separate from ever having gone to a school! I did take an Heating and A/C course at the local community college, however that’s hardly the same thing.
