It’s been coming sooner or later for a long time.
I can’t say as I surprised because I have been dreading it nearly everyday. The last couple of years I’ve been fully aware that I would be replacing our Heating, Ventilation and A/C. And then there is the bizzare part. I’m honestly worried to see the ancient heating plus cooling unit leave. It’s very close to telling an old pal goodbye. This was the first and literally the only home I have ever bought on my own. And that ancient Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan out there was brand current when all of us moved in. I even remember choosing the unit with the corporation as our home was being built. It was just the best on the market at that point in time. But, that’s over with now. The facts are evident. The added repair calls and the steady decline in efficiency. Even our young Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech has been gently reminding me that it’s time to transfer on. Due to this, I am facing the hard facts. I reached out to my exact same Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation from twenty years ago. He had more digital gadgets however spent almost all of that time just measuring. He asked me questions plus honestly listened as I answered them. My Heating, Ventilation and A/C person did such a thorough plus complete job that I was caught off guard to get his text the next day. Being the Heating, Ventilation and A/C pro that he is, he didn’t try to only sell me something, but he actually did his homework. The heating and cooling corporation sent us 3 prices on 3 unusual Heating, Ventilation and A/C units. While I will miss our ancient buddy, I am excited to welcome the next and better version of Heating, Ventilation and A/C technology.
