Mind you, the dogs are only out there for maybe half an hour a day because my mom can’t stand being inside without them
My mom has two dogs and they are spoiled like crazy. They are probably the most ridiculously spoiled dogs on the face of the earth, and there’s just nothing at all that I can do about it. My mom is a little bit crazy when it comes to her animals. I think it’s probably because she was having a little bit of empty nest syndrome once my sisters and I moved out. She probably just felt like she needed something to pour all of her love into and these dogs are what she ended up with! I mean, I like dogs just as much as the next person, but my mom is really going a little bit overboard with her dogs. I think that it was the last straw for me when she told me that she was thinking about getting the dogs their own heating and cooling system. I mean, she might love them and everything and that’s great, but animals do not need their own heating and cooling system! If you ask me, she’s just going a little bit too far. The dogs have fur coats, and yet my mom thinks that she should have a ductless mini split air conditioning and heating unit installed on the back porch for them. Mind you, the dogs are only out there for maybe half an hour a day because my mom can’t stand being inside without them. She’s just afraid that they will get too hot or too cold when they are out on the screened in back porch, so she wants to install a heating and cooling system that will run separately from the HVAC system in the house. I think it’s crazy and a complete waste of money, but when my mom gets something in her head, you can’t ever talk her out of it.
