From time to time I have to admit that I haven’t always trusted professionals of any kind.
I have experienced situations where a professional has let me down in such a bad way.
This had the effect of making me question the basis of professionalism in general. I have been misdiagnosed by doctors and had lawyers drop the ball. This makes me kind of lose a bit of faith if I’m going to be completely honest. However, I have faith in a certain group of professionals to get it right every time. And those certified pros are the Heating and A/C companies who work on my heating and cooling equipment. Recently, that faith was put to the test. Our Heating and A/C tech came out to do the pre-winter Heating and A/C check and repair. It turns out that there is something wrong with an important area of the Heating and A/C. This will require a repair and not an inexpensive one. This comes at a difficult time for us. The both of us are dealing with less income due to the pandemic, so we are going to have to dip into the savings on this one. But thankfully, our Heating and A/C took such great care of us this summer. Plus, it’s just such an important area of my family’s comfort and welfare. So much so that I didn’t even hesitate to make the Heating and A/C service appointment. I know for sure that if our Heating and A/C people say there is a problem which needs attention, then that is good enough for us. It may be more expensive but the only people looking after our Heating and A/C are the professionals.
