I happen to be the last one in line when it comes to getting in on all the technological advancements.
I know this can be proven by the fact that I had to be talked into getting a smartphone.
And that was only after my tiny cell phone finally quit working. It’s not that I am just completely against technology or have some deep cynicism toward it. I just actually can’t be bothered to be honest. I have plenty of tech I already have to understand just to keep my nicely appointed and perfect Heating and A/C controlled office. So, it seems to me to be a bit of overkill to be always updating tech in my personal life. To my wife’s chagrin, this means that the two of us aren’t aways on board with the latest tech gadget or trend. Mostly, I just like to come home from work and relax in the Heating and A/C comfort of our home. So, this leaves it up to my wife to find and then convince me on anything technological. A recent example is a prime one. And again, this tech advancement was a winner. My partner felt sure that the two of us would benefit from a smart Heating and A/C control unit. This is something that she actually looked into prior to talking to me about it. I was aware of them but felt that it was far too high tech to spend money on. Well, I was wrong and my partner showed me how. The smart thermostat is far better at managing the Heating and A/C in our home than I will ever be. Just putting one in and doing nothing else generally results in a 15 percent savings on the Heating and A/C costs. Of course, now we have a smart Heating and A/C control unit.
