Business has been expanding in the locale where I work! The changes have mostly been positive.
The owner of the supplier bought brand current vehicles for all of the repair workers, but all of the vehicles are fully stocked with current repair equipment; I used to labor for a small Heating plus A/C repair supplier. The owner of the Heating plus A/C supplier sold the locale to a national supplier. That supplier took over more than 2 weeks ago, & the aged owner retired to the hot & sunny southeast. The national Heating plus A/C supplier sent a couple of gentlemen to help with the transition, however one of the gentlemen came to train the Heating plus A/C repair workers. The national supplier hired 20 current Heating plus A/C repair workers. I had to labor with one of the current hires Last monthand the guy was a total jerk; He wasn’t exactly kind to the customer & he did not take time to explain our repair or sell any extra services. After every one of us were finished with the repair & the customer paid the bill, I talked to the guy in the truck about his attitude. He told me that being nice will not spend my savings the bills. I don’t particularly love that attitude & I believe that our shoppers deserve better than that. It has never been the way every one of us do business. If this is any indication about the current supplier, I believe it might be time to look for a current task. I recognize my boss wanted money to retire, despite the fact that I wish he would have thought more carefully about the supplier he chose to take his locale & his company name.
