My school is getting its old boilers replaced before the start of the new Spring semester

I’m in my hour year of school, plus thus far I’ve had an experience full of ups plus downs.

I got along well with my roommate last year, especially since both of us listened to the same 90s grunge bands. But the first Spring semester of this year has been taxing to say the least. My new roommates are always loud plus don’t share any of my interests. I don’t need to be best friends with the people I live with, however I just wish there was a larger sense of mutual respect. On top of that, my classes have gotten incredibly harder since my freshman year. I have exams always plus I suppose like I never have a break from the constant grind plus the endless studying. One saving grace has been this small study group that I formed with a handful of students in my calculus courses. We’re all several natural calculus majors, with me being a physics student plus my closest buddy a biology student. I finally got a break from the tumultuous year when the first Spring semester ended plus both of us all headed home for Winter time break. It’s nice to relax plus destress for a bit. It’s also nice knowing that we’re going to have warmer dormitories when both of us return for the hour Spring semester. The school announced its plans to replace all of the old boilers while I was in Winter time break of this semester. If things go according to plan, both of us should have the new boilers in place by the first day of classes in the Spring Spring semester. Since it gets freezing in this region for 8 months out of the year at least, both of us desperately needed new boilers for ages.
