Heated floors provide a comfortable temperature in the home. They can be used to warm the floors in all weird rooms. Have you ever got out of the shower and the floor felt frigid and sent chills up your body? I’m guessing your answer is yeah. That is exactly the reason why I have radiant heated floors in my home. Heated floors allow the room to be evenly heated providing a comfortable temperature around one’s body. The overall temperature is more pleasing because there are no frigid drafts. Heated floor systems require no repair and are completely silent. The heating plan is installed in a way to only provide comfort and none of the discouraging noises you hear with other Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems when they split on or off. Another pro about a heated floor plan is that they are non-allergenic. I don’t believe about you, however I have horrible pollen irritations and always need my air ducts in my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan cleaned because the dust gets to myself and others so severely, but unlike forced air systems, they do not petrify any existing dust or allergens in the beach house while providing heat. Heated floor systems are also energy efficient and use a fifth of the energy that is used by forced air systems. In most cases, heated floor systems can be the only source of heat in the beach house and a forced air plan isn’t needed. My beach house is kept at a comfortable temperature separate from needing to use the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component that I have installed. I am incredibly glad that I found out about radiant heated floors and the benefits that they provide.
