Glad we got him

As the maintenance person for my house building, clearly I have seen my share of wild stuff.

In general the work I do is just a work, I unclog sinks, change out light bulbs, do the normal handyman tasks to keep the locale looking nice.

I also handle calling in real experts when there is a major issue, because I am a jack of all trades, but a master of none of them. A few weeks ago there was a robbery in 1 of the apartments, as well as I had to rapidly substitute a door that had been kicked off the hinges. The craziest thing was the night a 2 year old baby got into the HVAC duct system, what a night that was! The way I understand it, some dumb kids were seeing their baby sister as well as stuffed her into the air vent to get her to shut up. I knew these kids, saw them in the halls, as well as I thought they were brats but I think locking your baby sister in an HVAC duct is pretty loathsome. The kids weren’t personally smart enough to know how Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems work, they had no clue that the baby could just crawl away as well as go deeper into the air duct. The central ventilation proposal in a building this size is entirely complex, so she got lost in there. Every one of us had to coordinate with all the residents, quickly having all the people check their air vents as well as take off the grates to look inside for the baby.

Glad we got him
