I want to start this off by saying that I like my job.
I actually have typically imagined that I would have a job that I currently do, and I could not be more thankful to be here.
Lately I’ve been struggling a lot with our colleague! There are a lot of girls in our business and I like to be around feminumerous energy but it’s becoming strenuous to be around these people all day. Thankfully for the past year we have been able to work from home but for the past weeks I’ve had to go into the office every day. I don’t know why I assume I liked them before they never aggravated me and now I just can’t be around them. I suppose it’s because they are typically complaining, but nothing is ever nice enough for them at the office. One thing our colleagues are typically complaining about is the a/c at the office. The a/c is typically blasting and it’s cold. I understand that it’s frustrating to have the air-conditioning typically running but this is nothing new to us. The a/c was typically on before we left and started laboring from home and now they are just complaining, It feels like complaining. I wish I could just tell them that complaining is not going to fix anything and if they have a real issue with the a/c they should tell upper management. However, they just rest around all day and complain about the temperature of the office. I’m getting quite sick of it and I find our colleague frustrating.
