I work for a local heating plus advanced A/C dealer, plus recently the company I work for ended up taking on task overflow from another heating plus advanced A/C company here in town.
Sort of like a temporary partnership. It is both fine but also bad. The fine is that it means all of us as HVAC workers have more work to do, plus the heating plus cooling company pays us more for this extra work. The exhausting side is that really, this is just too much work. A lot of us have felt overworked plus severely underpaid because of what’s been going on in the course of a day. They proposed a lot of us heat plus advanced cooling system workers to work overtime, plus I was not one of the people that would agree to do that. I have a family plus I need to spend time with them on the weekends and evenings. Although the extra money would be nice, my family is more crucial to me, but plus, if I had to work weekends, I would be so burnt out on heating plus advanced A/C that I would legitimately end up quitting the HVAC supplier plus going to college to find a current work in something else this late in life. And that would not be a fine thing for myself and others or my family. So I simply just will not supply them with their overtime. I do hope that sometime soon this temporary partnership of task overflow comes to an end plus things are back to normal at the heating plus advanced A/C company I have worked for all these years!
