I had to take it with a grain of salt.
For forever, or since we’ve owned this residence, I’ve been the heating and cooling czar. It’s been my responsibility to make sure the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine temperature control setting is in line with our budget. And with the size of our residence and the rising costs of heating and cooling utilities, that’s not all that self-explanatory. So, I basically learned how to program the digital temperature control and then kept a hawk eye on it at all times. I had to take it with a grain of salt. But the very first week the smart temperature control was on the job in our residence, I saw just what our neighbor was so thankful about. I was stunned to see that the first week of heating the residence, the smart temperature control beat our record savings by roughly 15 percent. No doubt who is the new heating and cooling czar in this residence now.
