When I bought the home while in cold season, I didn’t realize that the central a/c wasn’t laboring

After getting evicted from our previous home for reasons that were not our fault, I was in immediate need of purchasing a home.

I abruptly began calling proprietors and realtor groups to find a home that I could purchase, considering I had saved enough currency and raised our credit score.

I found a home in our budget that I thought was decent, and I made the purchase instantly. I didn’t have time to get anything checked, including the Heating and Air Conditioning units. The oil furnace looked newer and was laboring when I got there, and I was also satisfied that the home had a central a/c. I didn’t guess much of it, because it was in the middle of winter, and there was no need to turn on the a/c, then now that I am a few months into our purchase, I regret not waiting a few hours to test the a/c. The central a/c that was at our condo doesn’t work, and it hasn’t worked in a long time. The realtor forgot to mention that when I was purchasing our house, and he knew that I wasn’t going to have an Heating and Air Conditioning worker inspect it. Now, after calling an Heating and Air Conditioning worker and having them inspect our central a/c, they told me that it was a service that should have been done years ago, and it would be cheaper in the long run to purchase a new central a/c. I was furious because I believed that the realtor overcharged me! I am going to have to live with window a/cs for now.
