Have to keep warm after getting out of frosty water

I sincerely enjoy going for a swim each afternoon in the ocean to wake myself up completely.

In the nippy months, the water temperature can get especially chilly which makes for an even better jolt of energy than in the summer months.

I do what the navy seals do when they make their way into cold water, they don’t change their rate of breathing as well as they maintain a certain calm. It definitely does help make the plunge into frigid water more enjoyable. Many people jump in as well as shout as well as breathe quickly which only makes it worse.
