When the furnace stopped working in my camper, I didn’t want to spend my money for an Heating plus A/C professional to service my furnace.
What most people don’t realize about campers is although they are cheaper than houses, the appliances that you use in a camper are not cheaper.
The a/cs plus heating systems used for campers are overpriced because they are considered recreational Heating plus A/C appliances. The parts for these Heating plus A/C units are not only overpriced, but they are also taxing to find occasionally. So when my furnace stopped working, I decided that I was going to service the furnace myself. I had an outdated spare furnace that I was going to use for parts. When I first began to look at my furnace, I noticed that although the fan was blowing for the furnace, there was no spark. I removed the component from the furnace that created the spark, plus I noticed that it was damaged. I grabbed the replacement space from the other furnace, plus I tried to make the furnace task with this new part. Nothing happened, at all. After trying that, I resolved to try replacing the fan bearing on the furnace. I knew that the fan worked, but it wasn’t working properly, plus I didn’t guess if that had anything to do with it. I tried to replace the part, although I got stuck whenever the fan stopped working too. In fact, any time that I tried replacing a space on my furnace, another thing stopped working. I guess that I have no choice but to purchase a new furnace for my camper.
