Once again it’s tied up day at work, plus I was on fry duty! I suddenly got warm from dropping baskets of fries in the grease, not to mention the grease popping.
It feels prefer the grease is getting on our skin; hence, causing our skin to feel greasy, eventually a shift employer asked if I can put 12 chocolate chip cookies plus more than five oatmeal raisin cookies in the oven.
I told everyone they were on their own with the fries while I retreated to the freezer to get the cookies. It felt great inside the freezer! “I wish our cabin could stay this cool during the summer” I thought to myself. It was a nice plus refreshing break from the warm fryers plus grills. I went into the boxes, got the cookies, plus suddenly went back up front near the oven, and as I was sorting the cookies on the tray, a coworker came to myself and others talking about her personal life. It seems I’m a magnet for people with issues; they appreciate coming to myself and others for advice plus when they need a listening ear; So nonetheless, I listened to the same issues she addressed before. In mid-sentence, she asked if I noticed it’s cooler in the restaurant. I looked at her with a perplexed expression on our face. I didn’t answer; I just looked at her wondering where did that question come from when she was just talking about her ex-guy. Finally I told her no I don’t feel a difference, plus maybe it’s because I get warm plus sweat easily. She confirmed her notion of the air conditioner finally really working plus continued her rant about an ex-guy.
