Jack plus I have been friends for a long time; I’ve known the guy for 30 years or longer… Our children grew up together plus our son is married to his daughter; The women live close to Jack plus I see each other all the time when there are family celebrations… Last month there was a celebration to celebrate the christening of the new baby, however Jack was at the church, so I decided to talk to him about the issues I was having with our gas furnace.
Jack seemed ecstatic to lend me some advice plus he did not hesitate to answer our questions when I started asking. The next day, Jack came to the home to investigate the issues with the gas furnace… He told me that the gas furnace needed new parts for the electrical system. It wasn’t terribly high-priced, but the parts were not in stock plus they needed to be ordered. Jack ordered the parts from a distribution warehouse that sells heating plus a/c proposal parts. The parts were supposed to arrive the next day, however unluckily, that did not turn out to be the case, then when the items arrived the next day, our gas furnace replacement parts were not in the delivery. When Jack called the warehouse, he found out that the fax never went through to the corporate office. The guy had to order the parts in an hour’s time plus I had to wait until the following day to have the repairs completed on the gas furnace… But all of the parts were in the delivery the next day plus Jack came to the home that day to finish with the repair work.
