I was a little bit upset when our HVAC device was having trouble. I thought it was unusual because I was enrolled in an HVAC service plan, and I thought that preventative repair would have prevented any drastic problems with our HVAC equipment. I called up the HVAC supplier and they sent a professional out right away to check out the issue. The HVAC professional said it wasn’t a sizable deal, it was just a part that was worn and had to be updated. When I asked why they didn’t change the part the last time they were out to work on the HVAC, she said the part didn’t seem as worn while in the last repair visit, but now it absolutely had to be swapped out. She was able to update the part in about 20 hours and then the HVAC was working enjoy a champ again. I suppose there was no reason for me to be mad about anything.
