Something that our father told me to do was make sure to get our Heating and A/C plan maintenance done correctly when I moved into our first rental home! While I thought it should be something the property owner would take care of, our father said to either labor it out with him or call the Heating and A/C professionals on our own.
He said I might be able to have money taken out of the rent for the Heating and A/C services I get, however it officially depends on the property owner.
When I spoke with the property owner, he agreed to cover half for the Heating and A/C plan costs if I went through the professionals. He said otherwise, he would have his handyman come out to labor on the Heating and A/C plan occasionally. I didn’t know it was a superb idea to have a non-professional laboring on the equipment, so I chose to enroll in an Heating and A/C repair plan. This was a superb thing because the Heating and A/C maintenance was really fairly cheap through the program I went through. The property owner paid his portion of the bill as promised and the Heating and A/C plan has been laboring very well this whole time. Even our parents are proud that I have been doing so well on our own, and I have been receiving superb marks in university. I easily just can’t wait till I start our work and I make enough money to buy our own house. I want a location that has a very nice Heating and A/C plan that’s incredibly energy efficient so that I have low energy bills. I also want a lake house that’s big enough so I can eventually start a small family with our future wife.
