Ted’s home is in the middle of nowhere more or less. He has mixed feelings about it really. In one respect Ted likes being away from all the people and the busy cities. It gives him the peace and quiet that he desires after residing in a crowded big neighborhood for many years. However, there are some setbacks, the main thing being that in order to do anything you have to drive for almost an hour out of the area. This creates an issue when Ted has something go wrong with his central heating and a/c idea unit. Every single time Ted has to call the local heating and a/c company to send out a certified heat and cooling system specialist to repair his central heating and a/c system it costs him almost double the price. The reason for this is the long distance trip charge they give to come all the way out to him to fix his central heating and a/c unit. Life can be so confusing sometimes. While Ted likes residing away from people, things like not having grocery stores or a heating and a/c company nearby is a real setback. Periodically, Ted thinks about moving away from here because of this fact, and maybe someday he will. But for now he will stay because he does like everything else about it, but just does not like the trip charges for the heating and a/c company when they have to fix his central heating and cooling system when it breaks down sometimes. That is all.
