When my friend and I were first looking at the house that is now our family home, my partner and I both observed the same detail.
But my friend and I found that detail independently of one another.
My partner was the first one to find this house. She actually called me inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of the office a bit breathless with the news that he thought she’d found our new home. I hadn’t heard his like this before so I was for sure intrigued. A few days later, I left that commercial Heating, Ventilation plus A/C at lunch to check out this location my partner and enjoyed. And that’s when I too was struck by the fact that there was a finished attic in this house. Yet, it was crammed with boxes of stuff just like most attics. Anyway, my friend and I put in an offer the next day but it took us nearly 20 years to do something with that finished attic. This all came about due to the pandemic and me not being able to find a location to work. My partner was laboring remotely from home and our teenage children were also collegeing remotely. We were all stuck inside the central air conditioning together. But like songsal chairs, I didn’t have a location to lay and work. That’s when it dawned on me what a great location the attic would be for a labor space. So I had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporation come out to install a ductless heat pump so I had so residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C up there. That space has been a godsend for me and I just enjoy having the ability to go upstairs and relax with a book and plenty of quiet. I’m back inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of the office now but that attic space is still such a pricey and quiet space for me.
