When the realtor told me I’d be making a mistake by listing my dwelling separate from new Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, I thought he was being a bit dramatic.

So I called the Heating and Air Conditioning business to find out if we could donate the old heat pump to someone, it still had so much life left in it. They did indeed have a program where they refurbished laboring Heating and Air Conditioning device and got it to people in need. That sure made us feel better. For sure, the thousands we spent on new Heating and Air Conditioning device was worth ten fold coming back to us with the price we got.
