I don't like when men and women feel entitled to HVAC comfort

One of my least number one parts about being an HVAC specialist is listening to people complain that I am not fixing their or oil furnace fast enough for them.

It is not just because I am an HVAC specialist.

In fact, I have long believed that people felt way too entitled when it comes to things like HVAC units, as an HVAC specialist for a local HVAC company in our mid-sized town, I am always receiving a call to fix someone’s oil furnace or , but occasionally, it can take up to a month to be able to get to someone’s loft to fix their HVAC unit. Inevitably, these people get really irritated that they aren’t a top priority. Some people truthfully guess the world revolves around them, plus when their oil furnace or isn’t working, you have to put everyone else on hold to rush to meet their needs, however when you tell them that you will have to charge them more money to fix their HVAC component or that you won’t be able to get to their HVAC component until next week, they really lose their minds. When did the world become so entitled? Have current HVAC units caused people to become so spoiled that they forget to guess about others? Maybe current culture has made them this way. Honestly, whenever someone treats an HVAC worker this way, it makes myself and others want to ignore their oil furnace or for as long as possible.
