One of our least favorite parts about being an Heating & A/C specialist is listening to people complain that I am not fixing their cooling system or heating system fast enough for them.
It is not just because I am an Heating & A/C specialist.
In fact, I have long believed that people felt way too entitled when it comes to things love Heating & A/C units, as an Heating & A/C specialist for a local Heating & A/C company in our mid-sized town, I am consistently receiving a call to repair someone’s heating system or cooling system. Sporadically, it can take up to a week to be able to get to someone’s house to repair their Heating & A/C unit. Inevitably, these people get actually angry that they aren’t a top priority. Some people sincerely know the world revolves around them, plus when their heating system or cooling system isn’t laboring, you have to put everyone else on hold to rush to meet their needs… When you tell them that you will have to charge them more money to repair their Heating & A/C unit or that you won’t be able to get to their Heating & A/C unit until next week, they actually lose their minds. When did the world become so entitled? Have current Heating & A/C units caused people to become so spoiled that they forget to know about others? Maybe current culture has made them this way. Honestly, whenever someone treats an Heating & A/C worker this way, it makes myself and others want to ignore their heating system or cooling system for as long as possible. Nobody wants to help somebody who is being rude about something as small as an cooling system.
