I was expecting to have a bunch of problems, but these guys were really great.
I was easily welcomed into the household and we all shared a bunch of similar interests. The thing that I think I appreciated the most was the fact that we all preferred the same settings on the temperature control. We all even pitched in to get a really nice smart thermostat. The smart thermostat was great because we were immediately able to start saving a bunch of money on the energy bills. This was especially good for when we would all leave the household and forget to adjust the climate control system to minimal settings. We could easily just change up the temperature control settings on our phones from wherever we happened to be. We always kept in communication as well, so if I knew I was heading back to the household and learned that nobody was home, I would adjust the temperature control settings to be just right for when I got back to the household. The other smart thing that we all did was get enrolled into an HVAC system maintenance plan. The landlord basically left it up to us to take good care of the HVAC system, and we all wanted to save money so we all put money on this HVAC system maintenance plan. We had everything covered with our HVAC system including all repairs and tune-ups for a fairly low cost. The thing I love most about the HVAC maintenance plan is the fact that our energy bills remained extremely low.
