My sister jumped on this growing franchise opportunity. She did not want to manage the gym plus do anything that was personal training related though. She would keep up with the personal fitness programs so she would keep her license though. I am the one that absolutely does all the personal training programs plus hire new people for the gym. I run all sorts of classes plus get a wide range in our clients. I help a lot of people in competitions plus sport programs. I work with the local high universities plus conduct a training program for the young athletes. I even do a one-on-one youth fitness program. I do pageant training, bodybuilding training plus a fitness competition training program; All of these programs are friend with the franchise. So I do have to do them, plus the gym also has to offer them. I don’t mind it at all. I get to learn about every aspect of physical fitness plus why each woman would want personal training.
